System Requirements & Setup

These instructions take about 5 minutes to complete and are required for all products. Do the setups for Windows first and then the BIOS setup. These instructions will not permanently change your system and are easily reverted back to their original state after you are done using any product.

Step One: WINDOWS SYSTEM SETTINGS

1. Check Windows Version

  • Start menu > type winver
  • Check what versions are supported on your product page!
  • If you need help switching versions, open a ticket in Discord

2. Disable Windows Security

  • Start menu > search "Virus & threat protection"
  • For Windows 11: You must turn off tamper protection before realtime protection
  • For Windows 11: Search for "Core Isolation" in Windows and disable it, in same window disable "Vulnerable Driver Blocklist"
  • Disable "Windows 10 Real-time protection"

3. Disable Smart Screen

  • Start menu > search "Smart screen"
  • Disable "Windows Exploit Protection" options
  • Disable "Windows Reputation-based Protection"
  • Make sure it looks like the reference image

4. Download and Use the DepShop Tool

  • Download the DepShop Support Tool
  • Hit Controls, Windows Controller, slide Updates and Defender to the right side so it shows green
  • Hit Controls, UAC, disable with the Tool

5. Remove Anti-Cheat Software

  • Remove Valorant Vanguard, FACEIT, any antivirus software

Step Two: BIOS SETUP

7. Disable Secure Boot

  • Disable Secure Boot and remove security keys

Important: Real-time Protection will automatically re-enable after system restart or shutdown. Remember to disable this setting each time you plan to use the modifications.

These settings can be easily reverted back to their original state after you are done using any product. The changes are not permanent and will not harm your system.
